Conflicts of interest policy
Komuna Partners is backed by a family office and at times co-invests, represents brands or holds interests in companies related to client projects. This policy explains how we handle that.
1. What we disclose
- Any equity or economic interest we hold in a supplier, partner or distributor we recommend.
- Exclusive representations we hold for brands related to your project.
- Commissions or payments we could receive from third parties in connection with your project.
- Our intention to co-invest in your project.
2. When and how
We disclose it in writing before you make a decision, and record it in the relevant proposal or contract.
3. Co-investment
When we co-invest, terms are negotiated separately from the services agreement, and you can engage our services without accepting a co-investment.
