Privacy notice
1. Controller
Komuna Villar, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“Komuna Partners”), located at Holbein 217, Nochebuena, Mexico City, 03720, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we collect
Through the forms on this site we collect: first and last name, work email, company, HQ country, industry, goal, annual revenue band, timeline and any message you choose to send. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
3. Purposes
Primary (needed to handle your request):
- Responding to your request and scheduling the diagnostic call.
- Assessing whether our services fit your needs.
- Sending you the guide you request.
Secondary:
- Sending you Komuna Partners insights and news.
- Internal statistics on how the site is used.
To opt out of secondary purposes, write to contacto@komunapartners.com. Opting out does not affect how we handle your request.
4. Processors and transfers
Your data is stored with processors acting on our behalf: HubSpot, Inc. (contact management) and Cal.com (scheduling), with servers outside Mexico. We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes, except as required by law.
5. Your rights
You may access, rectify, delete or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to contacto@komunapartners.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise and a copy of your ID. EEA residents may also request data portability and lodge a complaint with their data protection authority. Our legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
